The PANEL community - a forum for women in logistics - held a year-end meeting in December 2025, during which the action plan for 2026 was formulated. The meeting, part of the online series 'Thursday Coffee with PANEL', focused on the continued promotion of women to the forefront of the professional stage in the logistics and supply chain sector.

PANEL was established with the aim of expanding female representation in the forefront of the professional stage in the logistics sector and beyond. To realize this vision, the community encourages women to step forward at conferences, lectures, and professional panels, by providing the necessary tools and skills, and by serving as a platform for networking and professional dialogue.

During 2025, the community held a series of activities, including an event to mark International Women's Day in collaboration with the Ruppin Academic Center, frontal meetings where women from the community took the stage as speakers, workshops for developing professional presence including the use of AI tools, managing presence on LinkedIn, and design using Canva. There were also online meetings focused on professional and personal development.

By the end of the year, the community counted hundreds of women working in logistics, shipping, and supply chain sectors. The community notes that one of the main indicators of the success of the activity is the increase in the number of women from the community who have integrated as speakers and lecturers at leading industry conferences and events.

According to Limor Gil-Shani, VP of Marketing and Sales at DSV and a leader of the PANEL community, 2026 will focus on deepening practical training and expanding the circle of participants. 'The goal is not only personal empowerment, but also a professional contribution to organizations and the entire sector, by integrating a wider range of women in the professional discourse and knowledge leadership.'

The community notes that the activity plan for the coming year will continue to be based on a combination of professional development, networking, and providing a stage for women in the sector, while maintaining a perception of diversity and inclusion as a broad professional value, not just gender-based.
