Szadok Group, one of the oldest and leading companies in the logistics and shipping field in Israel, continues its growth journey and strengthens its grip in the Haifa and northern region, with a series of strategic moves that significantly expand its storage and operational capabilities in the Haifa area.

In the last May, the company opened a new logistics center in Haifa Bay, spanning 14,000 square meters and offering about 15,000 storage spaces. The group now announces the signing of a new agreement with Gav-Yam Company for the allocation of a 5,000 square meter plot for open storage, adjacent to the existing complex. The agreement was signed for 15 years, and the total value of the deal is estimated at about 80 million NIS for the entire period.

Meanwhile, Szadok Group continues to accumulate strategic assets in the city. Last week, the company won a tender from Israel Ports Company for an additional impressive 23,000 square meter complex in the Admiralty area, a short distance from the new logistics center. The total investment volume, including development works, is expected to exceed the threshold of 55 million NIS.

Yishai Szadok, one of the group's owners, explains that the move is part of a broad growth plan that positions Haifa as a central point for the group's activity: "We see Haifa as a strategic anchor for the continued development of the industry, especially in light of regional changes like the Abraham Accords. Our vision is to continue to think ahead, adapt ourselves to reality and serve our customers at the highest level".

It should be noted that Szadok Group currently operates about 175,000 square meters of logistics areas nationwide, alongside a wide fleet of trucks providing port transportation services, diverse storage systems and end-to-end distribution services, all under one roof.

The recent moves in the north are expected to strengthen its position in the Israeli supply chain and provide a response to the growth in demand from importers, exporters and local industry.
