Sigal Mannheim-Katzovich has notified DSV Global management of her personal decision to conclude her tenure as CEO of DSV Israel, after 12 years of leading the company.
During her years in office, Sigal led the company through a period of significant changes, continuous growth, and excellent business results. Under her management, DSV Israel established its position as a leading, innovative, value-driven, and high-quality company, successfully navigating complex challenges and crises, including the COVID-19 pandemic and regional conflicts.
The decision comes after 40 years of professional work, managing companies, and leading people and processes. She announced her intention to take a hiatus from work to reflect on her professional journey before exploring her next chapter.
Sigal will continue in her role as long as necessary and will lead a full, orderly, and professional transition and handover process, with the aim of ensuring business continuity, stability, and the company's ongoing success.
