Ashdod Port Company has released its financial reports for 2025, demonstrating a dramatic improvement across all financial and operational metrics. According to the data, the company recorded record revenues of approximately NIS 1.23 billion, a 17% increase compared to the previous year.

The port's net profit in 2025 surged to NIS 394 million, a significant rise compared to a profit of NIS 168 million in 2024. Over the past three years, the company has managed to double its valuation, partly due to an increase in the value of operational assets. The company's operating profit stood at NIS 155 million, compared to NIS 41 million last year.

Following these impressive results, the company announced a record dividend of NIS 446 million to the Israeli state treasury. Additionally, an employee bonus totaling approximately NIS 39 million will be granted.

Ashdod Port Chairman of the Board, Shaul Schneider, noted that 2025 concluded with record profits despite increasing competition from new private ports and the challenging security situation. "We presented a significant improvement in EBITDA and operating profit, while maintaining our role as a vital strategic facility for the Israeli economy."

The company's CEO, Nissan Levy, added that the port was able to provide essential needs for the economy and contribute to the security effort. Levy noted that the company's cash flow reached NIS 300 million this year and that the port is preparing for continued growth in demand following the conclusion of the security operation, including through recruitment and the renewal of equipment and cranes.
