Israeli shipping company ZIM announced that at the special general meeting of shareholders, held in Haifa, shareholders supported and approved the two main items on the agenda.
The first proposal approved is the adoption of a new and updated compensation policy for the company's directors and officers, for a period of three years.
The second proposal approved is the company's engagement in a formal employment agreement with Chen Lichtenstein, who was recently appointed as the new President and CEO of ZIM.
