High ranking Korean Air Cargo officials visited Israel last week in order to widen the airline knowledge about the Israeli air cargo sector and tighten business contacts with its agency in Israel, Cargo GSA Israel.
The delegation was led by Mr. Toung S. Cho, head of cargo operation Europe and Middle East and Mr. Kalus Eshlers, director of sales and marketing Europe and Middle East.
During the visit the guests met several Israeli leading exporters and importers who expressed interest to widen business relations with Korean Air Cargo.
Mr. Eran Zilberman, director general of Cargo GSA Israel, said at the end of the visit that Korean Air Cargo had agreed to study positively the Israeli trading community request to increase capacity on the Israel Korea route.
The company operates, since December 2006, two weekly 747 cargo flights on the Tel Aviv Seoul route, on Mondays and Fridays.
