Fridenson Generation Expands with New Logistics Center in Haifa

Fridenson Generation Logistics Centers, part of the Fridenson Group, has recently opened a new logistics center in the Admiralty complex in Haifa. The advanced logistics center spans a total built-up area of approximately 14,400 square meters, designed to provide a comprehensive solution for businesses, importers, and exporters operating in the north of the country. Its immediate proximity to the ports of Haifa and the bay offers a clear strategic advantage, enabling shorter transportation times and savings on costs.

The new logistics center offers a wide range of advanced solutions, with an emphasis on combining large storage areas with complementary services. The complex includes about 13,500 storage locations, a temperature-controlled gallery of 1,400 square meters for sensitive goods, and another uncontrolled gallery of 530 square meters. In addition, 540 square meters of offices were built in the complex, allowing companies to combine management and operation under one roof, alongside a dedicated commercial area of 1,020 square meters and galleries for trade with a total area of 540 square meters, providing a tailored solution for businesses needing hybrid solutions combining trade and logistics.

Fridenson Generation noted that the complex was built with convenience and accessibility in mind, with direct proximity to Haifa Port and main transportation routes. The commercial part was designed and built to allow optimal access to business operations with a separate entrance from the logistics center, including physical separation, separate elevators for each store including stairs to the galleries, customer parking areas, and custom construction for business needs.
