KLM spokespeople announced this morning that the company "places the highest priority on the safety of passengers and crew members as part of its operations. Choosing safe and optimal flight routes is an integral part of our daily operational routine. Based on the current security situation and operational feasibility, it has been decided at this stage not to resume flights to Tel Aviv."
According to the company's statement, "We have already resumed flight operations to additional destinations in the region, including Riyadh and Dammam. Regarding Dubai, we are currently examining the possibility of resuming operations starting Friday, January 30."
We continue to closely monitor developments. As soon as it is safe and responsible to do so, we will work to offer our customers flights once again.
