OnAir Critical is expanding its commitment to customers in Israel by receiving official certification for the international standard ISO 23412 - an advanced quality standard focused on the management of temperature-controlled supply chains for sensitive shipments.
The new certification joins the three quality standards already awarded to the company - ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 - and strengthens OnAir Critical's position as a leading company committed to quality, reliability, and continuous improvement of operational and control processes.
ISO 23412 sets stringent requirements for temperature-controlled shipping of sensitive products, ensuring full control at all stages of transportation, storage, and delivery. The standard is considered a significant milestone in the sensitive shipping world, providing companies operating in the fields of pharma, life sciences, biotechnology, and clinical research with an additional operational security layer that ensures meticulous care and precision in temperature throughout the supply chain.
The certification is based on the company's investment in advanced logistics infrastructures and technologies, including a dedicated logistics center in Modi'in with temperature control, equipped with smart monitoring systems that allow for solutions in a range of temperatures, from deep freezing, through refrigeration, to controlled room temperature. In addition, the company operates a fleet of temperature-controlled vehicles in full ownership, meeting high standards for shipping life science products.
According to Ron Melnik, CEO of OnAir Critical, 'Quality and innovation are part of the company's DNA. Receiving ISO 23412 certification is an expression of our commitment to leading the temperature-controlled shipping field in Israel to international standards of quality and control. This is another step in our journey to improve service and provide a professional end-to-end envelope for our customers.'
Melnik added that through the new certification, OnAir Critical strengthens its position as a leading player in the controlled shipping field in Israel, setting a new bar of quality, consistency, and control for the pharma and life sciences industries.
