The Israeli winner Jeep in the Paris Dakar 2004 Rally was brought home by AMA Shipping Agencies

AMA Shipping Agencies in cooperation with AGREXCO, the Israeli fresh fruit and vegetables marketing company, shipped the Israeli 4x4 jeep which won the first prize in its category, driven by Ido Cohen, at the Paris Dakar 2004 Rally.

The vehicle was scheduled to be driven on board the vessel “Carmel Acustic” at the French port of Marseille but due to hight limitations, it could not be driven and had to be lifted on.

AMA Agencies which was set up in 1970 has, in recent years, specialized in shipping oversized cargo in general and oversize sporting equipment, such as sport crafts, in particular.
