With the beginning of 2026, updated port tariffs will come into effect, in accordance with the tariff reform implemented in October 2010.

Extensive efforts by Haifa Port’s Revenue Department have enabled the early implementation of the advanced 2026 online calculators, even before the start of the new calendar year. All 2026 calculators and updated tariff booklets are available on the Port’s website in both Hebrew and English. For customers’ convenience, the 2025 calculators also remain accessible on the site.

Haifa Port’s exclusive online calculators are available at: https://www.haifaport.co.il/en/calculators2026/
and include:

1. Advanced Dedicated Container Calculator – Enables the calculation of all container-related port fees in one place and through a single calculation. The user-friendly interface allows customers to obtain accurate cost estimates for all container types and transport combinations, including storage.

2. Vessel Fees Calculator – Primarily intended for shipping agents, this calculator includes all tariffs and fees applicable to vessels. Users are required to enter relevant details such as vessel length, duration of stay at the port, vessel type, and additional parameters. Fees calculated automatically include berth fees, wharfage, garbage fees, ancillary services, shifting fees, water supply charges, as well as the total amount payable. It should be noted that over the years, part of the vessel fees were transferred to the responsibility of the Israel Ports Company; however, they currently remain available within Haifa Port’s calculators as a service to customers.

3. Six General Cargo Calculators – Cover payment calculations for all types of cargo handled at the port, totaling nearly 130 different cargo types for import, export, and transshipment, with both direct and indirect delivery options. Users simply select the cargo type, operation mode, and quantity to receive a full breakdown of all applicable fees.

Zohar Rom, Head of Marketing Communications at Haifa Port and responsible for the Port’s website, stated:
“Haifa Port’s online calculators are an in-house development and continue to serve as the only tool within Israel’s maritime community that provides an immediate, accurate, and transparent calculation solution for port fees applicable across all Israeli seaports. I would like to thank the Revenue Department team for their professional and efficient work, which made it possible to fully deploy the 2026 calculators ahead of the new year.”
