Israel Ports Company has published a tender requesting proposals for granting authorization for two new plots in the Israel Ports Park in Ashdod, as part of preparations for expected demands and expansion of activity in the ports. The tender is open until June 5, 2025.
The two plots (45-46) are approximately 23.7 dunams in size, located in the northern hinterland of Ashdod Port. According to the tender, the period will be granted for 25 years (with an option to extend for an additional 10 years), for the establishment of port uses and the construction of a logistics marlog. In addition, subletting will be allowed without consideration.
Israel Ports Park is strategically located near two seaports - Ashdod Port and the Southern Port. The park spans an area of about 700 dunams and serves as a base for logistics activity and complementary activity as a vital part of the supply chain. The park has direct access to main roads and a railway terminal.
So far, a number of leading companies in the logistics sector have been located in the park. In parallel, Israel Ports Company is working on developing additional areas near the Southern Port and in the Anchors Park in northern Ashdod, in collaboration with the Israel Land Authority and Ashdod Municipality.
