Ashdod Port's revenue down 2.4% in 2013

Ashdod Port Company Ltd. posted a net profit of NIS 176 million in 2013, up 31.6% compared to 2012.

 

Revenue was NIS 1.08 billion, down 2.4%, compared to 2012 (NIS 1.115 billion). Ashdod Port will distribute NIS214 millions in dividends to the government on 2011- 2013 profits.

 

Gideon Siterman the outgoing chairman of the port, noted that the port management had managed, with outstanding efforts, to narrow down losses made by labor unrest during 2013.
