Mediterranean Shipping Company (MSC) has announced the inauguration of a new "Israel express" service between Israel and north European ports.
In a press release the company noted that the new service will commence on August 23rd and will call at Haifa and Ashdod on fixed day.
The new upgraded service will cut transit time from Ashdod to Europe and will keep transit time from Haifa intact.
MSC (Israel) Ltd. local agents for Mediterranean Shipping Company, S.A. noted that the inauguration of the new "Israel express" service is mainly to provide attractive and reliable service to the agriculture industry at the south of Israel.
The service will have the following rotatio:
Port of Felixstowe – Rotterdam – Antwerp - La Havre – Mersin - Haifa - Ashdod - Valencia - Port of Felixstowe
