TrackNet has announced to the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange the completion of its acquisition of N.O.A. Transport Company.

N.O.A., a veteran company in the transport and storage services sector, currently operates a fleet of about 48 heavy vehicles for refrigerated, frozen, and container transport, commercial and special transport, and manages a logistics warehouse covering approximately 1,500 square meters. Its clients include leading entities in the economy, such as The Central Company, Coca Cola, Hogla, Sano, Tnuva, Leiman-Schlussel, the Ministry of Defense, and Siemens. N.O.A.'s revenues in 2024 amounted to approximately 23.9 million shekels, compared to 18.8 million shekels in 2023 - an increase of about 27%.

TrackNet stated that this is a strategic move that merges one of the most advanced digital logistics platforms in Israel with a lively and profitable execution arm in the transport market. The connection is designed to pave the way for the establishment of the first Israeli Uber Freight model of its kind. The platform will enable digital, user-friendly transport service ordering, including real-time transparency, tracking the shipment including estimated arrival time, digital contract, digital bill of lading, and delivery documentation at the end of the transport. In addition, the final customer's payment will be made through the platform. As a result, a simple and uniform user experience, fast service, competitive prices, full transparency, full digital documentation, and online carbon footprint calculation will be received, which will revolutionize the way traditional logistics services are performed.

The company also announced that with the completion of the acquisition of N.O.A., the responsibility for managing and operating the Continental Bridge - an innovative transport route connecting the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, and Jordan with the Port of Haifa - will be transferred to N.O.A., which will also manage the 'last mile' stage - the distribution of goods throughout Israel after they pass through the Hussein Bridge - all while fully implementing and embedding the digital technologies developed by TrackNet.

Hanan Friedman, CEO and Chairman of TrackNet, said: 'TrackNet is leading the technology for smart transportation for heavy vehicles and the digitization revolution in the logistics market, through an advanced technological platform that is connected for the first time to a lively and profitable execution arm in the form of N.O.A. This strategic connection injects real business activity and first-line customers directly into the digital system, and after it, it will be possible to duplicate the model and embed it in the world. Thus, TrackNet is creating a fundamental change in the traditional market and positioning itself as a leading operational-technological brand in Israel and the world.'
