Heschel Center for Environmental Learning and Leadership ranked Tel Aviv as Israel’s greenest city on the basis of ten variables out of 20 cities
Tel Aviv was ranked as the greenest city in Israel in a study conducted by the Heschel Center for Environmental Learning and Leadership.
The cities were ranked on the basis of ten variables, including energy, public participation, environmental management, social and environmental justice, open spaces, educational programs, water, waste separation, use of bicycles, and the local economy.
