An "An-225" aircraft, known as the world largest freighter, landed at Ben Gurion airport on Saturday, February 2.
The six engines plane which was developed to transport the Soviet Union's space shuttle - the Buran, has impressive dimensions: length: 84,00 m, Height: 18,20 m, max. payload: 250,000 kg, max. take-off weight: 600,000 kg.
The plane was chartered by ACAS Israel in co-operation with ACI to transport outsized cargo from Israel to Africa.
