El Al cargo has announced a temporary suspension of regular cargo flights to Hong Kong (TLV-HKG-TLV) due to high fuel cost.
In a press release published last week Shali Zahavi, director of El Al's cargo division, noted that the company will review the decision before publishing its 2011/ 2012 winter schedule.
Zahavi also noted that the company maintains its passengers Far East schedule with wide body jets. The company operates on regular basis six flights per week to Bangkok (BKK), five flights to Hong Kong (HKG), four flights to Beijing (BJS) and three flights to Mumbai (BOM).
