Airlines carrier Wizz Air has announced a further extension of its flight suspension on Israeli routes. According to the company's updated announcement, all flights to and from Ben Gurion International Airport are canceled until April 20, 2026 (inclusive).
The company's decision comes against the backdrop of ongoing security assessments and airspace restrictions in the Middle East region. Wizz Air noted that the safety of passengers, crews, and aircraft is the top priority, and that the company is closely monitoring developments in coordination with relevant aviation authorities.
The company emphasized that it will continue to update customers and business partners as changes occur in the operational situation, and will work to resume services as soon as security conditions allow.
