I hereby declare that all the terms outlined in the following Terms of Use are agreed to and accepted as a condition for using the PORT2PORT website and the services provided through the site, including the digital newspaper (hereinafter: "PORT2PORT Website"):

  1. The articles, news, reports, data, sailing and flight schedules, and any other written or photographic material published on the PORT2PORT website, or through the PORT2PORT website (including newsletters, SMS, digital newspaper), do not constitute a recommendation or opinion regarding the purchase of shipping services. Any decision made based on any data presented on the PORT2PORT website is the sole responsibility of the user of the site.
     
  2. Whenever "PORT2PORT" is mentioned, it refers to Port2Port Israel Ltd. and those acting on its behalf, including related websites.
     
  3. PORT2PORT is not responsible in any way for content, data, visual elements, or links that appear on external websites linked through articles published on the PORT2PORT website.
     
  4. PORT2PORT is not responsible for the content or accuracy of the advertisements published on the PORT2PORT website.
     
  5. All intellectual property rights of any kind related to any publication, content, article, design, application, file, software, or any other material, whether tangible or abstract, published on the PORT2PORT website or on behalf of PORT2PORT, belong exclusively to PORT2PORT. Copying, distributing, publicly displaying, transferring to third parties, or using for any commercial or non-commercial purpose any of the aforementioned requires the express written consent of PORT2PORT.
     
  6. The use of the PORT2PORT website is conditional upon the user's unequivocal acceptance of all the terms of use included in this screen. 8.1 The PORT2PORT website allows users to participate in the user forum, post messages that will appear on the forum, submit comments on articles published on the PORT2PORT website, and view messages from other users in the forum or comments on articles.

8.2 A condition for using the forum or submitting comments on articles is the user's agreement to the following terms of use. It is clarified that any use and/or viewing of the forum and any submission of a comment and/or viewing of comments on articles constitutes agreement to the terms of use, and any use not in accordance with these terms is strictly prohibited.

8.3 All the terms hereinafter regarding the terms of use for the user forum shall apply, with necessary changes, to writing and submitting comments on articles on the PORT2PORT website and to viewing comments by other users.

8.4 The content appearing in the user forum is not content provided and/or edited by PORT2PORT and/or any of its representatives. PORT2PORT and/or any of its representatives is not responsible for the accuracy, truthfulness, reliability, or quality of the messages in the forum, for errors, misleading information, harm to individuals or companies, legal violations, and/or any offensive content published in the forum. PORT2PORT is not responsible for any loss or damage, direct or indirect, that may be caused as a result of viewing and/or using information from the user forum.

8.5 The content and messages in the user forum are the sole responsibility of the forum participants.

8.6 Messages in the user forum may also include links to external websites and/or other sources. It is clarified that PORT2PORT is not responsible for these links, their proper operation, and/or the content of other sources.

8.7 The user and/or viewer of the forum acknowledges that they are aware of the above and understand that by using the user forum, they may be exposed to incorrect, misleading, offensive, disrespectful, illegal, or similar information, and that they will have no claims, demands, or lawsuits against PORT2PORT regarding this.

8.8 **Important Warning to Users Considering Investments and/or Transactions Based on Forum Content:**

8.8.1 The user agrees and acknowledges that they are aware that use of the user forum is at the user's sole risk, with all associated risks, and they assume full responsibility for any consequences that may arise from their actions. The user is the sole responsible party for any damage that may result from their actions.

8.8.2 The user explicitly waives any claims against PORT2PORT for any recommendations, data, or information posted in the user forum.

8.9 PORT2PORT is not responsible for any changes, corrections, omissions, damage, or any type of alteration made to a message posted or sent to the user forum.

8.10 The user acknowledges that the information in the user forum does not replace independent research and/or verification. PORT2PORT is not responsible for any action or inaction based on the user forum.

8.11 The identity assumed by forum participants should not be assumed to be their actual identity. The user should not assume that the information provided is true and/or accurate.

8.12 The user agrees and undertakes to:

8.12.1 Not to post any illegal, harmful, threatening, offensive, discriminatory, or defamatory messages, nor any content that may infringe on privacy.

8.12.2 Not to impersonate anyone or any entity.

8.12.3 Not to send information that may incite other users, or promote illegal activities or cause harm. Additionally, not to send content containing viruses or computer software that may harm PORT2PORT or users in the forum.

8.12.4 Not to violate, either directly or indirectly, intentionally or unintentionally, any law, including stock market regulations.

8.13 Sending a message to the user forum constitutes an irrevocable, non-time-limited, and unpaid license to PORT2PORT to use the message and its content in any manner.

8.14 The user acknowledges that PORT2PORT and its representatives are entitled to edit, modify, correct, delete, oppose the publication of messages in the user forum, and remove any content sent to the forum, at PORT2PORT's sole discretion, without prior notice.

8.15 Without limiting the generality of the above, PORT2PORT and/or its representatives may act as mentioned at their absolute discretion regarding any content that contradicts or violates the conditions outlined in this document, without prior notice to the author, sender, or user.

8.16 The user, author, or sender of messages to the user forum agrees to indemnify PORT2PORT for any expenses and/or damage that may arise from a third-party claim due to the violation of any of the conditions outlined in this document or any other rights of a third party.

8.17 If the user believes that content published in the user forum infringes on their rights or is otherwise harmful, they should immediately notify PORT2PORT, providing full details.

8.18 PORT2PORT is not responsible for the privacy of users' details in the user forum, and reserves the right to disclose user details (if known) in the following cases:

8.18.1 If the user's actions in the forum or the content they use are illegal.

8.18.2 If the content is related to legal proceedings or is required for proceedings by any third party or authorized authority.

8.18.3 If the content is required to enforce the proper implementation of these terms.

8.18.4 If the content is required to protect PORT2PORT's interests.

8.19 PORT2PORT reserves the right to change the terms of use of the user forum at any time, at its sole discretion. Forum participants are encouraged to review the terms regularly to stay updated on changes.

8.20 PORT2PORT may immediately, unilaterally, and without notice, terminate the user forum. The user will have no claims or demands regarding this termination.
 

  1. Privacy Policy:
    PORT2PORT may use the details provided by a user during registration or for using the services on the PORT2PORT website, including the digital newspaper, and any information collected about the user's usage patterns through tracking on the website (including through COOKIES) in the following cases:

9.1 To improve services, information, and content offered by PORT2PORT or third parties to the user personally or to the general public.

9.2 To inform the user about products and services that may be of interest to them and are sold by PORT2PORT or third parties. PORT2PORT may contact the user through email, phone, SMS, or voicemail, provided the user has provided this information during their visit to the website.

9.3 To collect and provide statistical data or other information to third parties, including advertisers, provided the information does not identify the user personally.

9.4 If the user wishes to stop receiving information, they may contact PORT2PORT at any time via the "unsubscribe" link in emails, and PORT2PORT will endeavor to honor the request.

  1. Payment for Paid Services

10.1 For the purchase of paid services: including but not limited to purchasing entry tickets for the PORT2PORT annual conference and any additional paid service, the user will be charged a fee ("Payment"), which will be collected via credit card by entering the details in the designated area on the website. If the user does not wish to make the payment online, they may do so by phone at 03-9447447.

10.2 The payment will be made via a valid Israeli or international credit card that can be processed by one of the credit card companies operating in Israel, as long as they allow online payments.

10.3 It is clarified that the purchase of paid services will be allowed only for users whose credit card account allows for payment, and this usage right will be discontinued if payment cannot be collected due to reasons not related to PORT2PORT Israel Ltd. The user agrees that they will not have any claims or lawsuits against PORT2PORT Israel Ltd. if the right to use the site is discontinued under these circumstances.

  1. Information Security
    PORT2PORT will take reasonable steps to secure the information provided by the user. However, since this site is connected to the global internet network, PORT2PORT cannot guarantee complete immunity from unauthorized breaches and misuse by third parties. Therefore, PORT2PORT will not be liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the exposure or use of user information due to unauthorized access or any other reason.
     
  2. Liability
    The website, information, and services provided are offered to the user as-is ("as is"). The company is not responsible for verifying whether they meet the user's needs.
