Vayer & A.S.M joining forces into a new company

Messers "Vayer" group ltd. & "A.S.M", ltd. two leading Israeli transportation and cargo handling firms announced, in a surprised move, their joining forces into a - NIS 70 million turnover  company –  "Vayer Air Sea Moving"  ltd.
 
Within the amalgamation agreement, signed earlier last week, the Vayer Group undertook to bring into the new company its two subsidiaries : "Boymer & Modal" and "Omega".
 
The newly formed company will offer a wide range of transportation solutions mainly to heavy duty cargo, clean rooms, personal effects and relocation, dangerous goods packing and transportation as well as full range of tailor-made logistics and distribution activities.
 
Messers "Vayer" was established in 1948 and is, at present, controlled by the Sampal group and Mr. Mayerson. During the 56 years since it was set up the company has specialized in highly complicated transportation projects as transfer of production facilities as well as art exhibitions.
 
The company is a member of two international professional organizations  FIDI & HHGA.
