Gadot Group completes another strategic move with its subsidiary, Gadot Mercury, acquiring Mintz Lab Systems - a veteran and leading company in Israel in the design, manufacture, and supply of comprehensive solutions for research laboratories, industry, medicine, and academia.
This move is a significant strategic step in expanding Gadot Group's value chain and strengthens its ability to offer its customers a comprehensive and complete solution under one roof, from planning and setting up laboratories, through dedicated furniture and infrastructure, to regular supply of chemicals, disposable equipment, and complementary products.
Mintz Lab Systems, operating for about 60 years, specializes in setting up advanced end-to-end laboratories, from functional and engineering planning, through the manufacture of dedicated furniture and the installation of installation infrastructures, electricity and air, with professional accompaniment throughout the life of the laboratory.
