Total Care Introduces Pre-determined Shipping Rates from Europe to Israel

Total Care Logistics, a shipping and logistics company, is launching a new service in the Israeli market, offering air shipping from Europe to Israel at a pre-set price - from the supplier to Ben Gurion Airport. The aim of this move is to deal with economic uncertainty and provide customers with an accurate prediction of shipping costs, without surprises and unexpected additions.

The service is operated through the company's independent logistics center in Holland, managed by TOTAL CARE BV. The center is located near Schiphol Airport and close to the central hub in Liege, where Challenge Group and EL AL operate, providing extensive operational coverage for countries within a range of up to 500 km, including Holland, Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, and Eastern Europe.

The logistics center is equipped with a remotely monitored cooling room for the operation of pharma cargoes in accordance with GDP standards, alongside infrastructure tailored for handling hazardous materials, including required packaging and approvals.

Among the offered services, the company mentions consolidation of shipments from multiple suppliers, splitting cargoes between sea and air, storage, and full management of the supply chain - all under independent operation and without dependence on external factors.

Nimrod Magidov, CEO of Total Care Group, explains: 'The logistics center in Holland has become a critical artery in our international activity. Even in times of global disruptions - like the Corona or the recent war - it allowed us to maintain full operational continuity, including cargo movements to Israel from countries like India, the US, and Australia, via the branch in Holland.'

Regarding the new service for air shipping from Europe to Israel at a pre-set price, Magidov says: 'Our customers are looking for certainty. The service we offer includes a total price from the supplier until the cargo arrives at Ben Gurion Airport - a fixed, transparent price, which becomes more cost-effective as the cargo volume increases.'

According to him, 'Total Care manages regular movements from Western and Eastern Europe, and the capabilities of the Dutch logistics center allow us to provide a flexible, personalized service at particularly competitive prices.'

It should be noted that Total Care recently opened a new branch on the East Coast of the US (Edison, New Jersey), as part of the expansion of the group's international activity network.
