For the first time since its establishment, Mantfeld Group has appointed a CEO who is not a member of the founding family. Eyal Mayo, one of the most experienced and respected managers in the international shipping industry, steps into the role and will lead the group into an era of global growth - in strategic partnership with the investment fund Israel Legacy Partners, which currently holds 50% of the company's shares.

Mayo replaces the Yitzhari family representatives who led the group for four decades, and he is expected to lead Mantfeld to a course of global expansion while maintaining the company's Israeli DNA. "This is a huge responsibility, but also an extraordinary opportunity," said Mayo. "Mantfeld is a global group, but its soul is Israeli - fast, flexible, precise. My mission is to strengthen service excellence, break into new markets, and ensure controlled business growth."

Mantfeld Group is one of the oldest and leading companies in Israel in the field of international shipping and logistics. It provides 360° solutions in the supply chain - sea and air shipping, customs brokerage, storage, distribution, and smart logistics. The company has an estimated business turnover of over 500 million NIS per year, hundreds of employees in Israel and around the world, international branches in Italy, England, Germany, China, Vietnam, and the USA, and thousands of customers in the industrial, high-tech, pharma, food, fashion, and security sectors.

Mayo brings with him extensive managerial experience, including senior roles in prominent shipping groups such as UPS Israel and Fridenson, alongside financial and legal expertise. He holds a bachelor's degree in economics and accounting, is a certified public accountant, and has a proven record of managing wide operational systems in a global interface.

Legacy Fund, which specializes in investing in family companies with international potential, welcomed the appointment and noted: "Eyal Mayo is the right person to lead Mantfeld into the new era. He brings a rare combination of experience, responsibility, and leadership. We believe in quality local management with global thinking."
