This document is a unofficial summary of the port tariffs of the State of Israel (the "Tariffs") as published in Regulation 6891 on May 15, 2010 in the Hebrew language (the "Official Regulation"). This document is provided for the benefit of the port community as general description of the content of the Tariffs.

1. Date of Implementation
The tariff described herein goes into effect as of October 1, 2010 for services provided as of that date.
2. APPLICABILITY
The tariffs apply to:
(1) The Ashdod Port Company Ltd., the Haifa Port Company Ltd., and the Eilat Port Company Ltd., which were authorized to provide port services, pursuant to article 10 of the Shipping and Ports Authority Act, 5764 – 2004;
(2) The Israel Ports Development and Assets Company;
(3) Companies supplying grain handling and storage services at the grain terminals in the Haifa and Ashdod Ports
