As part of Adani Group Chairman Gautam Adani's vision to promote the economic corridor between India and the West (IMEC), Dr. Ron Malka, Chairman of Haifa Port and Adani Israel, participated in the international NXT Economic Conference held in New Delhi.

During the conference, Dr. Malka spoke about the strategic role of the Adani Group in creating a significant economic connection between India, the Middle East, and Europe, emphasizing the importance of Haifa Port as a central axis in the economic corridor and a vital gateway between India and the West.

On the sidelines of the conference, a meeting took place between Dr. Malka and the Prime Minister of India, Narendra Modi. In this meeting, Dr. Malka presented to the Prime Minister the impressive expansion of Adani Group's investments in Israel, and mentioned Gautam Adani's commitment to deepening economic cooperation between the two countries.

The Prime Minister of India, who expressed great interest in the development of the economic corridor, emphasized the strategic importance of Haifa Port for the success of the initiative. Additionally, Prime Minister Modi asked to convey a warm peace request to his friend, the Prime Minister of Israel, Benjamin Netanyahu.
