Transit time from Israel to Novorossiysk will be 4 – 5 days and the company will operate 2 dedicated feeder vessels
Mediterranean Shipping Company (MSC) announced last week the inauguration of a new express service between Israel and the Russian Black Sea port of Novorossiysk.
The new weekly service which intends to satisfy the high demand for fresh agriculture produce by the Russian market, will begin on November 26 and will depart Israel on each Thursday.
The company will operate two fully cellular dedicated feeder vessels: MSC Caitlin (Built 1998, Panama flag) and MSC Adriana (Built 1998, 25,219 Grt, Panama flag) each with a capacity of TEU 1,650 and 300 positions for reefer containers.
The port rotation will be - Alexandria, Ashdod, Istanbul, Novorossiysk. Transit time from Israel to Novorossiysk will be 4 – 5 days.
