China Shipping, one of China's largest shipping companies, through its local agent Intermaritime ltd. offers a new weekly service, in co-operation with Zim Lines, to Greece and Adriatic ports. The newly inaugurated service will call at the main Adriatic ports of Koper, Venice, Trieste and Greek's Piraeus.
The eastbound service will commence on 23rd March. M/S Zim Italia, voy. E053 will sail from Koper and call Haifa on 30th March.
The westbound service will commence from Haifa on 6th April by M/S CSCL Qingdao, voy.W060.
The new Adriatic service will operate within the Zim – China Shipping AMP joint service ( also known as AMX2 ) which operates 13 modern containerships with capacity ranging between TEU 3,300 – 4,250. The service connects Asian ports with East Med and Pacific ports.
