Daniel Group Launches New Container Terminal in Ashdod

Daniel Group, a logistics and transport service provider since 2003, recently launched a new container terminal in the Ashdod port area. The terminal, which spans an area of about 12 dunams, offers a comprehensive logistics solution that includes unloading, storage, and distribution of 20 and 40-foot containers, alongside additional supporting services.

The move is designed to expand the group's service envelope and strengthen its position in the supply chain sector. The company will offer an end-to-end service to customers from the import, distribution, and industry sectors - from the port to the final destination. According to the company's management, the terminal was built in response to the growing need of customers in the industry to receive continuous logistics service under one roof, while reducing dependence on external factors.

The terminal is located near the Ashdod port, with high accessibility to the main transport routes in Israel. The company noted that precise unloading of containers is carried out at the site, using advanced equipment, while maintaining safety standards and high operational efficiency. The goods are then transported to various destinations across the country using a wide transport system that includes semi-trailers, refrigerated trucks, and special-purpose vehicles.

In addition, the site offers auxiliary logistics services including container emptying and filling, professional forklifts, and cargo sorting, and it is also possible to store cargo in open storage or in containers.
