Chilean shipping company, CCNI - Compaסםa Chilena de Navegaciףn Interoceבnica S.A., represented in Israel by A. Rosenfeld Shipping Ltd. completed last week the transfer of a shipment consisting of several heavy lift cargo, weighing 70 tons, of Israeli made desalination plant to Chile.
After several months of planning, The shipment was moved early this month from Haifa port to Puerto Angamos in Chile.
In order to enable the shipment to Puerto Angamos, the project had to be transshipped at Antwerp and from there on board CCNI vessel to it’s final destination. Based on the given limitations, A. Rosenfeld Shipping Ltd. on behalf of CCNI, had appointed Damco to undertake the first leg up to Antwerpen where from then up to final destination shipment will continue using CCNI vessel.
A. Rosenfeld Shipping Ltd. is the oldest shipping and one of the most experienced shipping agency in Israel. The company was founded in1919, and is managed today by Mr. Zary Rosenfeld, third generation.
CCNI is an international company part of the Empresas Navieras holding. The company has been active since 1930, with presence in four continents.
