The annual meeting of the Israeli Hungarian business forum will take place between March 8th to 10th in Budapest and will combine business as well as sight-seeing tours of the country.
Uriel Lynn, chairman of the Israeli Chamber of Commerce, and H.E. David Admon, Israel's Ambassador to Hungary, and Mr. Yoram Giladi, Israeli commercial attachי, will head an Israeli trade delegation which will meet government officials and businessmen.
A business seminar will be held to discuss mutual business interests and a gala reception with the participation of the Hungarian prime minister H.E. Ferenc Gyurcsany and Min. of Economics & Transportation Mr. Janos Koka as guests of honor.
In 2006 Israel imports from Hungary were valued US$ 331.2 million, made up of chemicals, machinery, rubber, plastic and foods while Israeli exports, US$ 80.8 million, were made of machinery, jewelry pharmaceuticals etc.
