Israel, China agree to fight terrorism, customs violations and organized crime

Eitan Rub Israel's Tax Authority director general and Mu Xinsheng Chinese Minister of the General Administration of Customs signed last week bilateral procedures for closer cooperation between the two countries in combating international organized crime, terrorism, customs violations, and illegal drugs trafficking.
 
In a press release issued by Israel's tax authority Rub noted that among matters discussed with the Chinese host were ways and means to set up effective cooperation between the customs authorities which would increase the ability of both sides to handle present and future challenges.
 
Rub noted that it was agreed that there was a need for mutual help and an efficient exchange of information between the two authorities to combat crime.
