Brig.-Gen. Nissim Peretz head of the logistics brigade of the IDF Technological and Logistics Directorate said that according to assessments made by the logistics brigade of the IDF at the end of last week, the logistics cost of the IDF land forces, after ten days of fighting, in the war against Hizbullah, in Lebanon, had totaled NIS 100 million.
Brig.-Gen. Nissim Peretz noted that the overall logistics cost include the cost of jet fuel for Israel Air Force, which consumed over two million liters as of last Thursday.He added that the IDF artillery had fired over 27,000 shells and various smart munitions.
