Connecticut business delegation to Israel

Connecticut's Department of Economic and Community Development (DECD) announced last week that it will lead a trade delegation to Israel in December, in order to strengthen Israeli and Connecticut business relationships.

Catherine Smith, commissioner of DECD, said in a press release that the trip will encourage Israeli companies to bring their business to Connecticut, as well as support Connecticut's companies that want to expand commerce to Israel.

The trip reflects Governor Daniel P. Malloy's desire to bring capital investment to the state.
