The increase indicates significant expansion in Israel’s production sector
D&B Israel and Israel Purchasing and Logistics Managers Association published last week their monthly Procurement Managers Index (PMI).
The September PMI rose by 8.7% over August to 65.2%, reaching an all-time high since the index was first published nine years ago.(The August 2006's index was up 6.4% to 56.5%, up from 50.1% in July, the July index dropped by 4.2% to 50.1%, from 54.3% in June).
The increase, according to D&B, indicates significant expansion in Israel’s production sector.
