Swiss Worldcargo Chief Cargo Officer Oliver Evans handed over last week a ‘best satisfaction award’ to Swiss Worldcargo Israel station, the station with the highest ratings of overall satisfaction.
This year the award was given to the company's Israel operation which showed high rates of satisfaction.
Swiss WorldCargo’s annual Customer Satisfaction Survey which included customers from 40 countries, interviews in 9 languages and 3 weeks of phone calls 24/7, had the objective to measure three levels of customer satisfaction: Overall satisfaction and overall loyalty, Main service elements in the air cargo process chain, Sub-elements that gave additional information and insight to the key elements.
The award was handed over to the Israeli cargo team headed by Mr. Ronen Shapiro, Swiss Worldcargo director to Africa and Near East, during a ceremony held at the Crown Plaza Hotel, Tel Aviv.
