German Low-cost airline Germanwings (4U), a Lufthansa subsidiary, announced last week that it will start flights between Tel Aviv and Cologne on March 30.

The schedule will be as follows:
4U550 CGN1705 – 2220 TLV 319 26
4U551 TLV2315 – 0300+1CGN 319 26
Germanwings is a low cost airline based in Cologne Germany. It operates services to over 70 destinations in Europe. Its main base is Cologne Bonn Airport. The airline has been wholly owned by Lufthansa since 1 January 2009.
