In a business reality where global supply chains operate at the edge of capacity, and geopolitical uncertainty dictates frequent changes, DHL in Israel is launching a new and revolutionary category of services for businesses called 'Special Services'. This offers dedicated shipping solutions for situations where 'express routine' is no longer sufficient.

DHL stated that this is a premium package that allows businesses to meet critical commitments, even when shipping times are short, the cargo is particularly sensitive, or it involves expensive goods requiring personal escort.

The new category relies on DHL's global strength and brings a particularly high service standard to Israel: almost immediate availability, precise logistical planning, continuous documentation and tracking, and full accompaniment by the company's experts throughout the process. All this is aimed at preventing production stoppages, damage to customers, or financial loss as a result of delivery delays.

One of the advanced solutions included in the service is personal escort shipping (Hand Carry), in which an international courier carries the cargo as 'hand luggage' on a flight, keeps it throughout the journey, and delivers it hand-to-hand to the recipient. The service is particularly suitable for sensitive or high-value shipments that require a high level of security and precise handling.

Another solution is advanced temperature control, intended for critical shipments in the pharma, food, and medical equipment industries. The system ensures continuous temperature maintenance at all contact points, from departure to arrival, including real-time monitoring and strict compliance with the most stringent international standards.

In addition, an immediate flight service (Next Flight Out - NFO) is offered, which allows the cargo to board the first possible commercial flight to the destination and sometimes arrive as early as the next day, including to distant destinations like China. The service includes pickup from the customer within a very short time, sometimes within an hour, and it includes full management of the process with airlines and different countries.

Furthermore, DHL offers transportation in a dedicated vehicle, serving as a solution suitable for urgent or particularly valuable shipments in Israel, with fast pickup, direct transfer to the destination, the possibility of transferring up to four packages with a total weight of up to one ton, and full tracking all the way.

Also, custom solutions are offered, including special packaging for large or delicate items, escort in the logistical planning of complex projects, and management of shipments within the framework of long-term agreements, to allow businesses to plan steadily instead of firefighting.

For the most extreme needs, DHL will now offer a 'private air transport' service in a dedicated aircraft. The service allows complete control over timetables, transport conditions, and route, including complex commercial cargoes, products that need immediate evacuation, or vital documents that have no substitute.

'DHL's Special Services provide a real competitive advantage,' says the company's CEO in Israel, Yonatan Ivgi. 'We have expanded our product basket in Israel because we are committed to providing our customers with speed combined with quality, reliability, and flexibility even in the most critical, complicated, or complex shipments. DHL is here to allow businesses to rely on us and thus free up customer time to focus on growth and business development.'

The launch of the service is a strategic move for DHL in Israel, and strengthens the company's position as a leading logistics provider, especially in a period when forecasts are complex, but the need for high-quality logistics is only increasing.
