Dafna Ben Moshe Appointed as New Manager of Lufthansa Group in Israel

Lufthansa Group has announced the appointment of Dafna Ben Moshe as the new manager of Lufthansa Group in Israel. With over 25 years of experience in the aviation industry and a deep understanding of the Israeli market, Dafna is expected to lead the company's operations in Israel and continue to strengthen its relationships with business partners.

Dafna Ben Moshe previously managed the operations of Austrian Airlines in Israel from 2009 to 2011, a position she held until the merger with Lufthansa Group. Subsequently, she held various key roles in the group's sales department, focusing on growth and the development of strategic relationships.

Since 2018, she has held global roles in business development, with responsibility for the Israeli market and additional markets in Eastern Europe. Dafna is also a representative of Help Alliance on behalf of Lufthansa Group and promotes volunteer initiatives for the community in Israel.

Dafna, who holds a master's degree in business administration with a specialization in marketing, brings a strategic vision and a broad professional background that will help her continue to consolidate the position of Lufthansa Group in Israel. Upon taking up her role, she thanked Lufthansa management for the trust placed in her and stated that she looks forward to leading the group's operations in the country during this significant and challenging period.

Dafna replaces Markus Hagenbrock in the role, who served as the CEO of Lufthansa Group in Israel for the past three years. Hagenbrock is leaving his position to serve as the commercial deputy CEO of Oscar Bravo, Lufthansa Group's internal digital marketing agency.
